Enter the preferred time slots for a teacher's courses
Wishes correspond to the time slots during which the resource (teacher, group, or room) wishes to have courses or be used. These slots are not guaranteed, but they are given priority during automatic placement. They are indicated on the grids by a green fill to suggest the place to the user during manual placement.
- Go to Teachers > Unavailability and wishes.
- On the slider, highlight the weeks during which the wishes are valid (click and drag across the entire slider if the wishes are valid for the entire year).
- Click on the green paintbrush.
- Click and drag on the grid to indicate the slots where the teacher wants to have courses. (To cancel an entry, go over it again with the brush.) If courses are already placed, they are indicated by the course form icon.
- Click on the button
at the top right to save your entry.
