  • Create a follow-up element for a student

  1. Go to the tab Assiduity > Roll call sheet.
  2. From the drop-down menus, select the teacher or class.
  3. Indicate the date.
  4. Select the course on the day's timetable to display the students.
  5. On the student's line, click on the button , then choose Create a follow-up.

    If a follow-up element has already been entered for the student, the command is called Consult the student's follow-up.
  6. In the pop-up window, click on the button Create new follow-up element.
  7. In a new window, you can:
    • change the current date if necessary;
    • enter a time by first ticking the option Display the follow-up time, then indicating the time;
    • select a category (Administrative, In-company, Schooling, etc.);
    • enter a title;
    • attach a document by clicking on Add the attachments;
    • choose to publish the follow-up on the Teachers and Students Webspaces by clicking on the field Shared with;
    • write a comment.
  8. Then click on the button Validate.
  9. Close the follow-up window.

    Once a follow-up has been created, the icon appears on the student's line, along with the number of follow-ups entered. To view the follow-ups entered for the student, click on the button , then choose Consult the student's follow-up.
