  • Create an internship follow-up

  1. Go to the tab In-company > Follow-up form.
  2. Select the student engaged in an internship or work-study program.
  3. Click on Follow-up din the left-hand menu, then click on the button New follow-up.
  4. In the pop-up window, you can:
    • modify the day's date, if applicable;
    • enter a time. Tick Display the follow-up time, then indicate the time.
    • indicate the type of event (phone call, mail, company visit, etc.);
    • specify the location;
    • add an attachment;
    • enter a comment;
    • choose to publish the follow-up on the Parents and Students Webspaces.
  5. Click on the button Validate.
