  • Configure the display for the timetable

If you are authorized to do so, you can consult the timetables of other teachers, classes, students, classrooms and subjects via the Timetable rubric of the corresponding menu

Display/Hide canceled courses

Go to Course > Timetable. Then, click on the button to display/hide canceled courses.

Choose the days to display

  1. Go to Course > Timetable. 
  2. Click on the button at the top right of the timetable.
  3. In the pop-up window, un-tick the days not to be displayed.

Enlarge the courses on the screen

  1. Go to Course > Timetable. 
  2. Click on the button at the top right of the timetable.
  3. In the pop-up window, lower the maximum number of time sequences to display: visible courses take up all the space and the others remain accessible via the scroll bar.

Display the timetable of a week

  1. From the first drop-down menu, select a display in a grid.
  2. Highlight on the wanted week on the slider: the weeks with courses are underlined.

Display the list of courses

  1. From the first drop-down menu, select a display in a list.
  2. Highlight the wanted week on the slider: the weeks with courses are underlined.

Display the timetable over several weeks

You can display the timetable in a grid over several weeks by clicking and dragging on the slider, but if significant changes in the timetable take place from one week to the next, it is better to favor a display in a schedule.
  1. From the first drop-down menu, select a display in a schedule.
  2. Highlight the wanted week on the slider by clicking and dragging if the weeks are consecutive or by keeping the key [Ctrl] pressed if the weeks to be displayed are not contiguous.
