I don't remember my password. What should I do?
Resetting a forgotten password is subject to an authorization. If this is not possible, please contact the HYPERPLANNING administrator of your institution.
The e-mail address must be valid.
The e-mail address must be valid.
- In the login window, click on the button Recover your username and password.
- In the pop-up window, in step 1, enter your e-mail address, then click on the button
.
- A message tells you that a security code has been sent to you. Click on the button Close.
- After reading the e-mail HYPERPLANNING - recovery of the login details in your mailbox, copy and paste the security key consisting of 4 strings of 4 characters into the field from step 2, then click on the button .
- The fields for setting your new password are now available. Enter your password, then confirm it. Click on the button
.
- Your new password will now be taken into account. Click on the button Close.
