  Can I modify the category of an SMS template?

You cannot modify the category of a template created by default.

To modify the category of a template you have created, go to the tab Communication > SMS > SMS. Double-click in the column Category and choose another category in the pop-up window: if variables are not available for the new category, they will be deleted from the template.
