How to know from which displays an SMS template can be sent?
The category of a template determines the displays from which the SMS can be sent and consequently, the variables that can be inserted. The category of an SMS is chosen when it is created.
- Go to the tab Communication > SMS >
SMS. - Place the cursor on the category of the concerned template: a tooltip lists the displays from which the template can be sent.
