  • How do I know which users don't have a cell phone number?

  1. Go to one of the following displays:
    • Schedules > Teachers/Students/Staff > List,
    • Schedules > Students >   Parent form,
    • In-company > Companies > Company contacts.
  2. The column Cellphone indicates the number entered for the user. If you do not see this column, click on the button at the top right of the list to display it.
  3. Sort the list by clicking on the top of the column Cellphone.
