Create a SMS template
- Go to the display Communication > SMS >
Templates. - Click on the creation line, enter a designation and validate with the key Enter on your keyboard.
- In the window Categories that is displayed, select the potential recipient and the sending context (the variables available depend on the category chosen), then click on Validate.
- Enter the message on the right and use the button Insert to insert variables that will be replaced by the appropriate text when sending.
