Support HYPERPLANNING

Go to the tab Communication > SMS > Templates.
Click on the creation line, enter a designation and validate with the key Enter.
In the window Categories that is displayed, choose the potential recipient and the context for sending: the available variables depend on the chosen category. Validate.
Enter the message on the right and use the button Insert to insert variables that will be replaced by the appropriate text when sending.
