  • Publish the Webspaces

The data publication parameters are defined directly in the database from the Client HYPERPLANNING. Only the SPR and the administrators of a schedule can define these parameters.
  1. Go to the menu Internet > Publication of the Webspaces.
  2. Select a Webspace in the tree structure on the left.
  3. On the right, depending on the Space, check that the option Publish the Webspace or Publish the Webspace and its mobile version is ticked in the title bar.
  4. Also on the right, for each Webspace, you can:
    • define the published pages (except for the Teachers Webspace and the Secretariat Webspace because the published pages depend on the authorizations of teachers and users: in the tab Schedules > Teachers > Authorization profiles for the teachers or the menu File > User administration for the staff;
    • modify the appearance of the pages;
    • define some authorizations;
    • etc.
