  • How do I recover last year's grades?

You can recover grades, tests, averages and ECTS from one base to another when these bases have students in common. The grades, tests and appraisals are imported with their grading period: they are found in the displays related to grading (report cards, gradebooks, summaries), but cannot be modified.

If you intend to recover data from several databases, start by recovering data from the year N-1, then N-2, then N-3, etc.
  1. Go to the tab Grading.
  2. Then to the menu Imports/Exports > HYPERPLANNING > Develop the multi-year report card with the grading data.
  3. In the file browser, select the file *.hyp corresponding to the previous year's base and click on the button Open.
  4. HYPERPLANNING switches to Exclusive usage mode for the duration of the import.

  1. Once the import is completed, go to the tab Grading > Multi-year report card > Multi-year report card.
  2. In the lists on the left, select a class and then a student to display his/her Multi-year report card.

The presence of grades from previous years in the database is indicated by the activation of the button in the title bar of the Multi-year report card. Click on it to access the list of available grading data.
