Manage funding agencies
Enter a funding agency
- Go to the tab Schedules > Agencies >
List.
- Click on the creation line, and the enter the Corporate name (name of the agency) and validate with the key Enter.
Enter the contact information of the funding agency
- Go to the tab Schedules > Agencies >
Form.
- Select the agency, then click on the button
from the rubric Identity to enter the agency's details and a possible contact.
- In the pop-up window, enter the necessary information (postal address of the company, telephone numbers).
- If necessary, enter contact's information (only one per agency) such as last name, first name or e-mail address.
- You can add the agency's logo for use on the attendance sheets.
- Validate.
