  • Enter the progression of a teaching service in advance

A progression refers to the content (course material, assignments, etc.) associated with the class meetings of a teaching service. This content is published on the Students Webspace. If authorized, teachers can create their own progressions and/or enter content and assignments from the Teachers Webspace.

First step: create the progression

  1. Go to the tab Studies > Progressions > Entry.
  2. Click on the creation line Create a new progression.
  3. Enter the title of the progression and validate with the key Enter.
  1. In the pop-up window, tick the concerned subject(s) and then validate.

  1. Double-click in the column Services
  2. In the pop-up window, tick the relevant teaching service(s) then validate.
  3. By default, the first 10 contents are ready to be filled in. If only one service is concerned, the dates of the corresponding class meetings are displayed.

Second step: enter the contents

  1. Double-click in the column Pedagogical content of a class meeting.
  2. In the pop-up window, enter a title, content and possibly add attachments and/or Website addresses.

  1. Once the 10 default created contents have been filled, use the line Add a class meeting to create new ones.

Third step: enter the assignments

It is generally the teacher who enters the assignments as the class meetings progresses, but it is possible to enter them in advance in the same way as the content.
  1. Double-click in the column Given assignment of a class meeting.
  2. In the pop-up window, if necessary, verify and modify the class meeting for which the assignment is to be done.
  3. Enter the given assignment or add it as an attachment.
  4. Define the rendering mode:
    • To be given to the teacher: submitted in paper format.
    • To deposit on the Students Webspace: if the teacher has planned an online rendering, the students deposit their file from their Space. It is also possible to send a photo of your work directly from a smartphone.

  1. Validate: in the column Given assignment, the added content is visible as well as the counter indicating the number of returned assignments.

  1. If another assignment is to be entered, double-click again in the column Given assignment, click on the button Add an assignment at the top right.

  1. Validate: in the column To be completed of the concerned class meeting, the icon indicates that the assignment has been given for this class meeting.

It is possible to give a MCQ created in HYPERPLANNING as an assignment.
