Give an assignment
Teachers can enter the assignment from their Webspace. The work to be done is integrated into the course progression.
Associate the assignment with a progression
- Go to the tab Studies > Progressions >
Entry.
- Select a teacher by clicking on the button
, then a progression in the list.
- Double-click in the column Given assignment of a class meeting.
- In the pop-up window, enter the assignment or add it as an attachment.
- The teacher can define a rendering mode:
- To be given to the teacher: render in a paper format.
- To deposit on the Teachers Webspace: if the teacher has planned an online rendering, students then deposit their file from their Webspace. From a smartphone, it is also possible to directly send a photo of one's work.
- By default, the work is given for the next class meeting; you can choose a subsequent class meeting from the drop-down menu at the top of the window. Validate.
- In the column To do, the icon
indicates that the assignment has been given for this class meeting.
Give an assignment for the next class meeting
A mathematical equation editor allows to enter the formulas directly in HYPERPLANNING.
- Go to the tab Schedules > Courses >
Timetable.
- Right-click on a course and choose Pedagogical content and given assignment > Create a progression by entering the contents/Allocate an existing progression. Double-click in the column Given assignment.
