Add pedagogical content to a class meeting in the grid
Whether or not the progression has been entered in advance, at any time you can add a document, a link to a website, an assignment, content or a visio link to one or more class meetings directly from the timetable grid.
- Go to a display where it is possible to select the concerned course, in one of the displays
Timetable or 
Multi-week schedule. - Verify the active period: only the week in question should be highlighted.
- From the course form, click on the button
to the right of the frame Pedagogical content.
If you do not see this frame, change the configuration of the course form by clicking on the button
. - Choose the command according to what you want to add (attachment, content, link, etc.) and act on the selected class meetings or all the class meetings in the progression.
- In the pop-up window, enter or attach the content:
- for the attachment: if the attachment has already been loaded in the database, tick it, otherwise click on New to load it, validate with the key Enter: the attachment will be automatically ticked.
- for the link to the website: eventually tick Also see the Internet sites of the other progressions and if the site does not appear, click on New, paste the link, validate with the key Enter.
