Create a satisfaction survey
You can create satisfaction surveys for students so that they can give their opinion concerning their studies. They answer these evaluations from their Webspace.
Create an evaluation
- Go to the display Studies > Evaluation by students >
Entry. - Click on the creation line, enter the designation and validate with the key Enter.
- Once your evaluation has been created, select your satisfaction scale by double-clicking in the corresponding column (see the configuration of satisfaction scales below).
- Click on the line Add a question.
- In the pop-up window, two options are available:
- if you want to enter a new question, click on Create a question: in the pop-up window, you must then enter a title, contents and indicate the type of response expected (value of the Satisfaction scale or Free input);

- if you wish to recover a question, select a question already available among the standard questions, then validate in order to integrate it into your evaluation.

Configure the satisfaction scales
- Go to the display Studies > Evaluation by students > Entry.
- To create or modify the satisfaction scales, click on the button
at the top right. - In the pop-up window, click on New if the default scale does not suit you, enter the designation and validate with the key Enter.
- On the right, enter the possible answers.
- Define the level of satisfaction (green areas) by double-clicking on the first level of satisfaction or by selecting it from the drop-down menu.
The icon 
indicates that the satisfaction scale is not modifiable because it is used by a previously published evaluation.
