Define the header/footer of a letter or document
- Go to the tab Communication > Mail and documents >
Templates.
- Select the concerned template from the list.
- Position the cursor where you want the header or footer.
- Right click, then choose Headers / Footers > [Name].
- The variables are replaced with the appropriate data. Once the header is integrated into the template, you can select the block and change its location manually.
- You can integrate several headers/footers in the same template.
