  • Define the header/footer of a letter or document

  1. Go to the tab Communication > Mail and documents > Templates.
  2. Select the concerned template from the list.
  3. Position the cursor where you want the header or footer.
  4. Right click, then choose Headers / Footers > [Name].
  5. The variables are replaced with the appropriate data. Once the header is integrated into the template, you can select the block and change its location manually.
  6. You can integrate several headers/footers in the same template.
