• Generate timetables in HTML

If you do not have HYPERPLANNING.net , which allows you to consult the timetables in real time, you can generate the timetables in HTML format to integrate them into a Internet site.

First step: define the destination folder of the generated HTML pages

1. Go to the menu Internet > HTML publication > Parameters for the generation of HTML pages.

1. In the pop-up window, you can activate the highlighting of timetable changes.

Second step: generate timetables in HTML format a first time

1. Go to the display Timetable.
2. Launch the command Internet > HTML publication > Creation of HTML pages from the menu bar.
3. In the pop-up window, define the Contents and appearance (Page, Layout, Presentation) of the timetables.
4. On the bottom slider, select the wanted weeks or months.

1. Click on the button Generate: HYPERPLANNING creates the HTML pages as well as a *.png file per timetable in the destination directory.

Third step: update the modified timetables

1. Go to the menu Internet > HTML publication > Supervision of HTML pages.
2. The timetables modified since the last generation are displayed in red.

1. You can update all or only some of the timetables.
