Display upcoming courses on a light panel
HYPERPLANNING allows you to display updated timetables in real time on light panels. You can also broadcast additional information in the form of scrolling messages.

- Go to the tab Communication > Light panels >
List. - Click on the creation line, enter a designation and confirm with the key Enter.
- Select the created panel and then, in the tab Concerned courses, click on the creation line and tick the concerned classes or rooms in the pop-up window.
- Specify whether you want to display cancelled courses; if so, they will be displayed with the mention Canceled.
- Specify the Subjects and types of courses to be displayed, by default they are all taken into account.
- In the tab Display options, frame Course contents, tick the items to be displayed on the courses, and customize the layout.
- In the frame Duration of display modify the displayed time range:
- 1 hour to display only the current and beginning courses in the next hour
- the maximum number of hours (determined by the length of your day of courses) to display all remaining courses for the day
