Configure the general schedule
The general schedule allows you to view at the same time the weekly schedule of several resources of the same type.
- Go to any display
General schedule in the tabs Schedules > Subject, Schedules > Teachers, Schedules > Classes, etc. - Choose the display mode By week, to view the schedules for the entire week, By day, where each day of the week has a dedicated tab.
- Click on the button
on the top right. - In the tab Layout, if your screen allows it, select 5 or 6 days as the maximum number of days; you will have a view on the whole week and will not need to use the horizontal scrollbar, select the number of resources to display simultaneously. You can reduce the time slot if it is not fully used. You can also reverse the horizontal and vertical axes to fit your reading habits.
- In the tab Content of the courses: display the minimum amount of information to identify a course. The selection of information can be customized according to the main resource of the consulted schedule (Teacher, Class, Room). It may be convenient to display a code instead of a designation for the subject.
- In the tab Times, only leave ticked the times that are essential for easy reading.
