  How to save the modifications?

In Single-user version, the saving is manual: click regularly on the button of the toolbar or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + S to save your changes.

In Network version, saving is automatic: changes are saved as they are made, except in Exclusive Usage mode, where saving is manual.
