I lost my PIN code. How do I reset it?
If the PIN code is forgotten, the user can reset it himself without having to ask the authorized staff members. This requires several prerequisites:
- In the menu Parameters > General parameters > Security, the administrator must have ticked the option Authorize teachers and staff to request a PIN reset.
- On the Server , in the panel E-mail dispatching parameters, the administrator must have ticked Delegate the sending of all e-mail to the Server HYPERPLANNING.
- On the Controller , in the menu Configuration > E-mail dispatching parameters, the administrator must have personalized the identity of the sender.
- The user conducting the reset must also have entered a valid email address.
- In the window for entering the PIN code, click on the button Reset my PIN code.
- A window indicates that a reset code has been sent by e-mail. Click on Close.
- After reading the e-mail Reset code for your PIN code in your mailbox, enter the 6-digit code you received, then click on the button Validate.
- In the pop-up window, then define the new PIN code: use the numeric keypad to enter, then confirm the code, clicking on the button Validate each time.
