  • Send a username and password by SMS (non-hosted mode)

Login details (username and password) are private information. At the beginning of the year, please communicate them confidentially to each person concerned. HYPERPLANNING offers several means of communication.
You can send this information by SMS if your institution has subscribed to this service, or by post/e-mail using the template Connection for the ....

Step No 1: Fill in the access address for the Webspaces

  1. From the application HYPERPLANNING.net , go to the panel Publication parameters of the published schedule.
  2. In the tab Publication address, note the public address contained in the field Public URL of "NameOfSchedule".



  3. From the Client HYPERPLANNING ,go to the menu Internet > Publication of the Webspaces.
  4. Select Common page on the left of the tree structure.
  5. In the tab Header, enter the address recovered from HYPERPLANNING.net in the field Public URL to access the .net, then close the window.



Step No.2: Send the SMS

  1. Go to one of the following displays:
    • for the teachers: go to the display Schedules > Teachers > List;
    • for the students: go to the display Schedules > Students > List;
    • for the parents: go to the display Schedules > Students > Parent form;
    • for the staff: go to the display Schedules > Staff > List;
    • for the company contacts: go to the display In company > Companies > Company contacts.
  2. Select the recipients from the list.
  3. Click on the button in the toolbar.
  4. elect the template Connection for the ....

    The template Connection for the ... can be customized in the display Communication > Mail and document > Templates.
  5. Click on the button Send.

    HYPERPLANNING alerts you if certain recipients do not have a valid telephone number.
