  • How can I avoid having to enter my PIN code every time I log in and still keep my account secure?

SOLUTION N°1: I Register my devices (recommended solution)

The registration of the devices avoids entering the PIN code and / or sending notifications. It is possible in all cases of use, in the institution, on a laptop, etc., but the following two recommendations must be followed.
  1. Name each device with a different designation.
    In the institution, if you connect to several workstations, you must register them all. Do not enter Institution each time, but Room 12, Staff's room, etc.
  2. Let the browser keep the HYPERPLANNING cookies at the end of the session.
    If you have chosen private browsing or if the browser systematically deletes all cookies at the end of the session (on some browsers, this option is activated by default), the device cannot be recognized at each new connection.

    A solution can be to manage the HYPERPLANNING cookies as an exception. The management of exceptions is generally found in the Security or Privacy section of the browser options.

    The website address to be authorized is the one of the Webspace ending with index-education.net.

    Caution, you must not enter the URL of your DW if you access HYPERPLANNING from an DW.
The cookies used to secure your HYPERPLANNING account are not, under any circumstances, used for other purposes.

SOLUTION N°2: I disable double authentication and choose a secure password.

If, despite the above recommendations, you are unable to avoid entering the PIN code every time you log in and prefer to disable dual authentication, go to the tab Personal information > Account > Protecting the account > Enhanced security from the Teachers/Secretariat Webspace or from the menu My preferences > Security > Protecting my account from a Client HYPERPLANNING, then choose No additional measures.

It is then even more essential to have a secure password, meaning at least 12 characters and 4 different types: lowercase, uppercase, numbers and special characters (see the recommendations of the CNIL).

To modify your password, go to the tab Personal information > Account > Protecting the account > Enhanced security from the Teachers/Secretariat Webspace or from the menu Personal information > Account > Protecting the account from a  Client HYPERPLANNING.
