Send the HYPERPLANNING username and password by mail or e-mail
Login details (username and password) are private information. At the beginning of the year, please communicate them confidentially to each person concerned. HYPERPLANNING offers several means of communication. In particular, you can send this information by post/e-mail using the template Connection for the... or by SMS if your institution has subscribed to this service..
Step No. 1: Fill in the Webspaces access address
- From the panel My schedules
of the console, select the concerned schedule from the drop-down menu. - Click on the tab
HYPERPLANNING.net.
- In the tab Publication parameters, note the public address used to access the homepage.
- From the Client HYPERPLANNING
, go to the menu Internet > Publication of the Webspaces. - Select Common page on the left of the tree structure.
- In the tab Header, enter the address recovered from HYPERPLANNING.net in the field Public URL to access the .net, then close the window.
Step No.2: Send the template by post or e-mail
Go to the list of users you want to send mail to:

- for the teachers: go to the tab Schedules > Teachers >
List; - for the students: go to the tab Schedules > Students > List;
- for the parents: go to the tab Schedules > Students >
Parent form; - for the staff: go to the tab Schedules > Staff > List;
- for the company contacts: go to the tab In-company > Companies > Company contacts.
- for the teachers: go to the tab Schedules > Teachers >
- Select the recipients from the list.
- Click on the button
in the tool bar. - In the dispatch window, select the Type of output (Printer, PDF or E-mail).
- Select the template Connection for ....
The template Connection for ... can be customized in the display Communication > Mail and documents >
Templates. - Click on the button Print/Generate/E-mail.
