Send the HYPERPLANNING username and password by SMS
Login details (username and password) are private information. At the beginning of the year, please communicate them confidentially to each person concerned. HYPERPLANNING offers several means of communication. In particular, you can send information by SMS if your institution has subscribed to this service, or by e-mail or mail..
- Go to the list of users you want to send the SMS to:
- for the teachers: go to the tab Schedules > Teachers >
List; - for the students: go to the tab Schedules > Students > List;
- for the parents: go to the tab Schedules > Students >
Parent form; - for the staff: go to the tab Schedules > Staff > List;
- for the company contacts: go to the tab In-company > Companies/Internships/Work-study programs > List.
- for the teachers: go to the tab Schedules > Teachers >
- Select the recipients from the list.
- Click on the button
in the tool bar. - Select the SMS template Connection for .... This SMS template can be modified in the tab Communication > SMS >
Templates.
The SMS template Connection for ... can be customized in the display Communication > SMS > 
Templates.
Templates.- Click on the button Send.
HYPERPLANNING warns you if certain recipients do not have a valid telephone number.
