  • Recover usernames and passwords from the previous year

  1. Go to the menu Imports/Exports > HYPERPLANNING > Recover the data from a HYPERPLANNING base > from a base (file in a *.hyp format) or from a preparation file for the following year, archive or compressed base (file in a *.zip format).
  2. In the explorer window, select the database containing the usernames and passwords to be recovered.
  3. In the pop-up window, tick Username and password > Porters/Contacts/Teachers/Students/Parents and validate: you will be transferred to Exclusive Usage mode for the duration of the import.
