  • Propose a document (Scholastic enrollment certificate, etc.) for download

It is necessary that the page Documents to download is published on the Students and/or Parents Webspace for the document to be visible. Go to the menu Internet > Publication of the Webspaces. Select Students Webspace and/or Parents Webspace in the tree structure, and on the right, in the tab Contents, tick the corresponding page.
Only documents in the category Miscellaneous can be proposed for download.
  1. Go to the tab Communication > Mail and documents > Templates.
  2. From the templates intended for students, select Scholastic enrollment certificate (or another document in the category Miscellaneous).
  3. On the right side, click on the tab Download.
  4. Tick Students and/or Parents and indicate the period during which the document will be downloadable.
  5. Select the students concerned by the download:
    • all,
    • nominally: click on the button to define the students concerned in the pop-up window.
    • by combination of criteria: tick the classes and/or families.
  6. You can notify students and/or parents of the availability of the document by ticking Send notification to recipients. Click on the button to eventually modify the content of the notification.



  7. Click on the button Save at the bottom right of the window.
  8. For all the documents of the category Miscellaneous, a column informs you of the status of the publication of the template:
    • Not published,
    • Past publication,
    • Publication in progress,
    • Future publication.
