How to access the Maileva electronic paperless mail service from the software?
The electronic paperless mail service allows authorized users to send mail in two clicks. The mail is sent to La Poste (Post Office), which takes care of printing, enveloping, stamping and delivery of the envelopes. The follow-up of the mails is carried out from the software. In order to use the Maileva service, you must register with Index Education.
- Go to the menu File > Access the registration form for sending via Maileva, or go to the Index Education Website.
- Click on the button Subscribe to the service.
- Enter the registration form, then click on the button Next step.
- In the pop-up window, verify your data, then click on the button Confirm.
- To confirm your registration, please print out the form (in PDF or HTML format) using the links on the summary page. Return it, dated, signed and stamped, to Index Education by e-mail or mail.
Once we have registered your request, you will receive an e-mail Subscription to the MAILEVA mailing service at the address you entered on the form. The form in PDF format and the link to the HTML version are also included in this e-mail. - Once the subscription is confirmed, update your software license via the menu File > Utilities > Automatically register your license.
