  • Configure the Secretariat Webspace

The Secretariat Webspace is the online Webspace reserved for staff who cannot or do not wish to use the Client HYPERPLANNING. What a staff member can do from his/her Webspace depends on his/her authorization profile. His/Her rights are the same as when he connects from a Client HYPERPLANNING, provided that the feature is available in the Webspace.

Go to the menu Internet > Publication of the Webspaces.
  1. Select Webspace Secretariat on the left in the tree structure.
  2. By default, the Webspace and its mobile version are published.


  1. In the tab Contents, you can rename the pages. To do this, double-click on the title of a page and enter the new one. The publication of pages depends on the staff member's profile.


  1. In the tab Authorizations, leave ticked Authorize the recovery of forgotten passwords by e-mail for staff to be autonomous.


  1. In the tab Aspect, choose the designations, colors, etc.



Unlike other Webspaces, there are no settings here for the weeks of the schedule to be published because these are retrieved from the preferences of the connected staff.
