  • Configure the Guests Webspace

Unlike the other spaces, the Guests Webspace is freely accessible; there is no need for a password to log in, except on some pages, if you decide to do so. You can publish the schedules of your choice (teachers, classes, students, rooms and subjects), as well as a certain number of related data (cancelled courses, course summary and list of speakers).
  1. Go to the menu Internet > Publication of the Webspaces.
  2. Select Webspace Guests on the left in the tree structure.
  3. By default, the Webspace is published.


  1. In the tab Contents:
    • un-tick the pages not to be published,
    • rename the pages by double-clicking on the designation on the right,
    • if necessary, define a password for the access to the page.


  1. In the tab Authorizations, you indicate the weeks of the schedule to be published:
    • choose Use the periods specified for each resource if the configuration does not depend on the Webspace but on the type of schedule; in this case, the weeks published in the schedule of the classes (for example) will be the same no matter what Webspace and must be defined in the Schedule configuration (to be selected on the left in the tree structure).



    • choose Specify a period for all the Webspace if you want the same settings regardless of the type of timetable (classes, room, etc.) and then specify the published weeks: either on the slider, or a number of weeks depending on the current week.


  1. Choose whether or not to display cancelled courses or the progressions.
  2. You can hide the teachers' names: they will not appear on any page.


  1. In the tab Aspect, choose the designations, colors, etc.
