  Can we put a person in copy if he/she is not in the base?

Yes. In the e-mail dispatch window (button in the toolbar) or in the window for sending mail or a document (button in the toolbar), tick Others among the Recipients receiving a copy.

In the pop-up window, enter the e-mail address for the person to be placed in copy in the fields Cc or Cci (blind copy).
