Transforming an institutional account into a personal account and vice versa
Transform an institutional account into a personal account
For more flexible management of e-mail accounts, if an institutional account is used by a single user, it can simply be transformed into a personal account.
- Go to the menu Configuration > Configure the sending of e-mail for this workstation.
- Select the concerned institutional account.
- On the right, make sure only one user is assigned to this account.
- Click on the button
in the top right. - In the confirmation window that appears, click on the button Yes.
- The account Secretariat is then assigned solely to the user MARTIN Pierre.
Transform a personal account into an institutional account
It is also possible to extend to others the use of an existing e-mail address that was previously assigned to just one person.
- Go to the menu Configuration > Configure the sending of e-mail for this workstation.
- Select the concerned personal account.
- Click on the button
at the top right. - In the pop-up window, tick I confirm the transformation of the account [xx@xx.xx], then click on the button Yes.
- The account Secretariat can now be used by people other than MARTIN Pierre. This, by clicking on Add the users/Add the teachers, select those who can use this account to send e-mails.
