Create an e-mail signature

  1. In the e-mail dispatch window, click on the button located to the right of the drop-down menu Signature.
  2. In the pop-up window, click on Create a new e-mail signature, enter a designation, then validate with the key Enteron your keyboard.
  3. Select the signature and in the text editor on the right, enter and format the e-mail signature.
  4. To add an image, position your cursor on the wanted location in the entry zone, click on the button at the bottom, then double-click on the image (in *.png, *.gif or *.jpg format) saved on your computer to insert it in the signature.
  5. The image is added directly to your signature (you can modify its size if necessary).



    If you want to make this signature available to other users, double-click in the column Shared. The column Default, indicates the signature selected by default in the drop-down menu.
