Modify the occupancy-related calculation preferences
To change the occupancy-related calculation preferences:
- Go to the tab Schedules, then choose one of the resources: Teachers/Classes/Groupings/Rooms >
List.
- Click on the button
which appears at the top of the column Annual Occupancy Peak or Periodic Occupancy Peak. If you don't see these columns, click on the bouton
at the top right of the list to display them.
- In the pop-up window, tick the options to take into account holidays/unplaced courses/only extracted courses, and indicate if the calculation should be done based on:
- the total duration that corresponds to all the ranges of the grid;
- the available duration that corresponds to the total duration minus the unavailability ranges.
