  • How to know if the annual provision of a teacher will be exceeded?

When you assign a teacher to a course, HYPERPLANNING will notify you if the addition of corresponding hours exceeds the annual provision.

  1. On the course form, click on + Teachers to display the teacher selection window.
  2. If you don't see the column Ann. occ., click on the button at the top right of the list to display it.
  3. Click on the arrow next to the column title to display the Annual occupancy, the Annual weighted occupancy or the Occupancy in the period.
  4. If the teacher's assignment exceeds their annual provision, HYPERPLANNING displays in red the addition of hours. If the annual provision is already exceeded, HYPERPLANNING also displays in red the annual occupancy.
