Weighting the courses

Weighting the courses allows you to influence the hourly counts and the costs of the teachers. The weights are displayed as a fraction or as a decimal number, you can decide in My preferences > Data > Courses.

Go to the tab Schedules > Courses > List.
Sort the courses to easily select them, for example by type to display only courses with lectures or groups.
Select the relevant courses, right-click and choose Modify > Weighting.
In the pop-up window, select the appropriate weighting: if necessary, create it by clicking on the line New and then validate.

It is possible to share the weighted hours of a course in case of co-teaching and to automatically modify the weighting of courses when the annual provision of the teacher is surpassed.
