Consult the more or less detailed occupancy of a resource
The displays Summary of the courses allow to know for each resource how many hours have been planned, carried out, cancelled, etc. over the defined period.
- Go to one of the displays
Summary of the courses in the tab Schedules. - Select the resource(s) for which you want to display the summary.
- The course summary is displayed for the active period, you can modify it directly in the slider or from date to date with the drop-down menus at the top of the window.
- The buttons
numbered on the right allow you to display more or less details:
- the button
cumulates the data according to the first column - the button
unfolds the data in the first column and cumulates it in the second column - the button
unfolds the data of the second column and cumulates it in the third column - up to five columns can be used to cumulate data
- the button of higher rank unfolds all the data

- To select and arrange the columns used to define the cumulations, click on
. - In the pop-up window:
- choose the number of fields to use for the cumulations,
- select and arrange the displayed columns,
- select the additional parameters to be taken into account for the calculation of the cumulations.
