  • Create an internship follow-up

  1. Go to the display In-company > Internships > Internship form and follow-up
  2. Select the student from the list on the left.
  3. Click on the follow-up creation line.
  4. In the pop-up window, you can:
    • change the current date if necessary;
    • indicate the type of event (phone call, letter, company visit, etc.);
    • specify the location;
    • add an attachment;
    • enter a commentary;
    • choose to publish the follow-up on the Parent and Student Webspaces. 
  5. Click on the button Validate.
The name of the teacher, counselor, or staff member creating a follow-up is visible in the follow-up table in the column Administrative representative.
