Create an internship follow-up
- Go to the display In-company > Internships >
Internship form and follow-up
- Select the student from the list on the left.
- Click on the follow-up creation line.
- In the pop-up window, you can:
- change the current date if necessary;
- indicate the type of event (phone call, letter, company visit, etc.);
- specify the location;
- add an attachment;
- enter a commentary;
- choose to publish the follow-up on the Parent and Student Webspaces.
- Click on the button Validate.
The name of the teacher, counselor, or staff member creating a follow-up is visible in the follow-up table in the column Administrative representative.
