Consult the statistics on absences in the form of a graph
Absenteeism rate per month

Go to the display Assiduity > Absenteeism >
Institution's absenteeism rate. -
In the first drop-down menu, select the sorting: by subjects, by classes or for the whole institution.

By default, all classes and subjects are taken into account; if necessary, click on the button
to specify which ones should be ignored. - Choose the display criteria: HYPERPLANNING automatically calculates the absenteeism rate month by month.
Absenteeism rate by subject/class (over the year)

Go to the display Assiduity > Absenteeism >
Absenteeism rate. - Select the class(es) from the list on the left.

Indicate via the drop-down menu if you wish to display the absenteeism rate by Subject or by Class.

Select the type of graph: In the form of a pie chart or Details in the form of a histogram.
- Choose the display criteria: HYPERPLANNING automatically calculates the absenteeism rates.
