  • Attach the absence statement to the report card

You can edit the student absence statement and attach it to the report card.

Step No. 1: Configure the absence statement

  1. Go to the display Assiduity> Students > Absence and tardiness statement.
  2. On the right side of the list, select the display criteria. Absences can be calculated in course format or hours missed.



  3. Click the button print located to the left of the toolbar to configure the columns to be displayed in the statement, then click on Preview.



Step No. 2: Attach the absence statement to the report card

  1. Edit the report card and tick the record of absences then click on Preview. The statement will appear on the second page.
