Attach the absence statement to the report card
You can edit the student absence statement and attach it to the report card.
Step No. 1: Configure the absence statement
- Go to the display Assiduity> Students >
Absence and tardiness statement. - On the right side of the list, select the display criteria. Absences can be calculated in course format or hours missed.
- Click the button print
located to the left of the toolbar to configure the columns to be displayed in the statement, then click on Preview.
Step No. 2: Attach the absence statement to the report card
- Edit the report card and tick the record of absences then click on Preview. The statement will appear on the second page.
