HYPERPLANNING - How to customize the mentions (validated/not validated)?

The statements that appear on the report cards next to each module can be customized by class.

Go to the tab Grading > Grading services > List of classes.
Select all classes for which you use the same titles when validating the modules.
Right-click and choose Modify > Validation mentions of the active modules.

In the pop-up window, eventually rename the default mentions Validated/Not validated. The red and green stars in the column Status remind us that, whatever their title, these two mentions are the ones used during the automatic validation of the modules.

If necessary, create other mentions that you can use during a manual validation of the modules.
Only leave the ones used for the selected classes ticked.
Eventually, enter an international designation that you can use to issue a report card in English.
Indicate if the mentions must be accompanied by a date (by default, it will be the day of the validation) by ticking the column With date.
Tick Take into account the mentions to validate the ECTS if you want to force the allocation of ECTS via the validation of the mention. The box Validated ECTS must be ticked. In the case of a validation, the totality of the ECTS (by module or by service according to the chosen option) will be obtained.
