Can a MCQ be used as a test?
Yes, if MCQs have been created, they can be associated with tests and the results are graded. To do this, in the test modification window, click on the button 
next to Associate a MCQ then define the range over which students can respond.
You can modify the way the MCQ is executed by clicking on the button
