How do you indicate that parents should be the recipients of mail?
In order for parents to receive mail during a mass mailing, the option Recipient of mail must be ticked in their file.
Individual modification
- Go to the displays Schedules > Students >
Parent form, Assiduity > Parents >
List or Assiduity > Parents >
Parent form.
- Select the parent from the list on the left.
- On the right, click on the
to modify the content of the parent form.
- In the pop-up window, tick Recipient of mail.
Mass modification
- Go to the displays Schedules > Students >
Parent form, Assiduity > Parents >
List or Assiduity > Parents >
Parent form.
- Select the parents from the list on the left.
- On the right, tick Recipient of mail.
For the autonomous students it is necessary to also tick even for the autonomous students.
