  • Manage reservation requests

Teachers or staff who do not have access to certain rooms can make reservation requests if they are authorized to do so. If you have access to these rooms, you can process the reservation requests, meaning assign the room to the course or deny the request.
  1. When requests are sent to you, the button is displayed in the toolbar: click on it to switch to the display Schedules > Reservation request > List.
  2. To see only the requests to be processed, only leave ticked Pending.
  3. Each line corresponds to a reservation request. To see the concerned course on a grid, switch to the display Schedules > Reservation request > Timetable.
  4. Return to the display Schedules > Reservation request > List
    You can:
    • accept the request: click on the button Validate in the column Status.
    • refuse the request: click on the button Refused in the column Status.
    • allocate another room other than the one requested: click on the button Allocate and choose another room.

  1. In all three cases, you can enter a comment for the requesting user.

      Before deciding on the reservation request, you can send an e-mail to the applicant if he/she accepts e-mails and if his/her address is entered.
      1. Go to the display Schedules > Reservation request > List.
      2. Select the request, right-click and choose Send an e-mail to the applicants.
      3. Enter the message in the pop-up window and click on Send the e-mail.
