How do I authorize users to reserve rooms?
- Go to the menu File > User administration.
- In the tab Utilization profiles, select the concerned profile.
- In the category Rooms, tick the wanted options:
- Reserve the rooms when creating courses: the user can reserve a room for an additional meeting or course;
- Make reservation requests for rooms that they do not have access to: the user cannot immediately create a course in this room or add it to an existing course, but can request one.
