  • How to prohibit requests to reserve certain rooms?

If a room should never be reserved, un-tick the column Accessible for reservation for this room in the tab Schedules > Rooms > List.



If this column is not visible, click on the button at the top right of the list and move the column among the displayed columns.

If you want to prohibit the reservation of a room to only certain users, leave it accessible and limit access to certain users or groups of users.
