  • How to compare the capacity of the room and the population of the course?

If the capacity of the rooms is filled in, HYPERPLANNING reports whether the room is large enough or too large in relation to the number of students in the course.

On the course form and in the room selection window, HYPERPLANNING displays a symbol next to the room:

if the room is occupied by more than 90% by the course population.

if the room is occupied between 85 and 90 % by the course population.

if the room is occupied by less than 85 % by the course population.

if the capacity of the room is less than the course population.
