How to transmit information about a room (map, etc.) to the people concerned?

At the bottom left of the course form you will find

the button Share the information from this course. By clicking on it you have the possibility to share the information of the course through all the communication means available in HYPERPLANNING. To attach documents to your information, choose the channels Sending e-mail or Send information.
