  How to filter the rooms according to their capacity?

If the room capacity is entered, HYPERPLANNING carries out a diagnosis of the room occupancy according to the number of people in the course, which is shown by icons visible in the course form, the room selection window or in the course list.

In the room search window of the course form, you can display only the rooms that are large enough to accommodate all students by ticking the option Having the sufficient capacities.
